About
100 Acts of Sewing grew from the love of textiles and a frustrating relationship with a sewing machine. In 2012, Sonya Philip created the project, with the goal of making one hundred dresses in a year and documenting each dress as it was made. The patterns are a collection of uncomplicated garments in a range of sizes. They are written with clear instructions, walking the maker through each step to create their own handmade wardrobe.
