From Violet Craft:
The Broken Herringbone Quilt is pieced from full width of fabric (WOF) strips. Instructions are included for The Broken Herringbone (cover) and The Unbroken Herringbone (back).
Due to the construction methods, the exact size of the finished quilt may vary slightly. The scraps cut from the quilt during construction can be reserved for a pieced back. Two examples of ways to utilize the scraps for a pieced back are found in the final section of the pattern. Exact dimensions are not included for pieced backs.
Finished quilt measures approximately 52" x 70".
The Broken Herringbone Quilt was originally created from the Broken Herringbone pattern in the Madrona Road collection. It is still unclear which came first though... print or pattern? I don't remember!
Cover quilt uses the Mint/Blossom colorway from Brambleberry Ridge by Violet Craft for Michael Miller Fabrics. Orchid/Mist colorway shown on back.
