In early February of 2017 I received an Instagram message from Kim Kight. Wait?!
What?! From Cotton + Steel?! Did I read that right?!... It was Kim introducing herself, which I thought was adorable, um, yeah I knew who she was. Only one of my all time favorite designers! She was wondering if I'd be into working with her new Spring, 80's inspired collection for Quilt Market in May.Thinking I would calm down, I reread the message several times. Nope! Instead I
completely fan-girled on her. Once I got that out of my system I proposed this quilt design. Kim advocated for it to be called Cassingle, and so it is. Which, in my humble opinion is the perfect title.I'm very happy to announce the Cassingle pattern is now available on ETSY and Craftsy.
