"Designed exclusively for Sew News Magazine as part of their Sew With Me series, the Josie Sundress has clean modern lines, while filled with elegant details. The bodice features a square neckline in the front and back, and ends at an empire waist seam. It is fitted with darts up the back and a series of darts that radiate from the center front.
The skirt front has a center box pleat with a pleat on either side facing the center front seam. The skirt back has four pleats facing the center back seam. The side seams feature in-seam pockets and the hem lands just above the knee.
